The bill (Reg. No. 3102) suggests amend 13 legislative acts of Ukraine pertaining to execution of authorities of central executive bodies in the sphere of safety of food products, including state control. The bill specifies terms and their definitions, stipulated by the Law “On Safety and Quality of Food Products”. The document establishes requirements to marking of food products; hygiene of premises, and transport vehicles, etc.

Under the explanatory note, the bill aims at reauthorization between the central bodies of executive power concerning formation of policy and execution of state monitoring in the sphere of safety and quality of food products.
